Iowa Desk & Couch brings the University it’s own version of the late-night talk show. Hosted by Alex Solsma, IDC is a mixture of in-studio interviews, sketch-comedy and live performances. It is SVP’s longest-running show, first premiering in the fall of 2002. Recent guests on the program include Jim Cramer - CNBC's Mad Money, parody artist Weird Al Yankovic, comedian Lewis Black, University of Iowa President Sally Mason, musical group Rockapella and former SNL cast member Finesse Mitchell.
